My journey as a writer began early—while most children brought toys into the bath, I brought pencils and paper. That passion led me from Cleveland to Northwestern University, then to Washington, D.C., where I worked as a journalist covering education and energy policy.
Motherhood transformed my path and my purpose. After experiencing traumatic birth and postpartum depression, I found my calling in advocacy and writing about maternal mental health, grief, and faith. My work aims to break the silence around perinatal mood disorders and offer hope to those walking through loss.
Today, I continue exploring themes of wellness and chronic illness, including living with Hashimoto's disease. Through personal narrative and thoughtful advocacy, I write to connect, to heal, and to remind others they're not alone.
